Absolutely loved my stay! The friendly staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing excellent recommendations. Spacious, comfortable rooms with cozy décor made my nights relaxing. Breakfast was delightful, featuring homemade treats and a charming rooftop garden with stunning views. A perfect getaway in the heart of an enchanting town!

I had a great stay! The staff were super helpful, even carrying my bags and giving great parking tips. My room was cozy, quiet, and clean, perfect for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of fresh options and delicious cappuccinos. 🌅

The rooftop garden bar offered a nice spot to unwind after a long day, adding a unique experience to the stay. The decor reflected a personal touch that blended well with the quaint atmosphere.

Breakfast left much to be desired, considering the lack of variety and freshness, especially with items like cold cuts and canned fruit salad. The Budget Double Room was clean, but the layout was poorly designed. the AC was far from the bed, leading to uncomfortable heat at night. Noise was an annoyance, coming from the nearby rooftop garden and other guests' activities, which detracted from the overall comfort.

I had a delightful stay at Albergo Etruria! The charming staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and providing excellent recommendations. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, overlooking a picturesque cobblestone street. Breakfast was particularly memorable with fresh, homemade cakes and a lovely rooftop garden where I enjoyed stunning views of the sunset.

Navigating the steep staircase to access the hotel was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast room felt claustrophobic, lacking natural light and variety in food options, which was disappointing for a 3-star hotel. The noise from the rooftop garden made it difficult to relax during the night, impacting our overall comfort.

The hotel features a fantastic location just steps from vibrant streets packed with restaurants, and the rooftop terrace offers a serene escape with picturesque views of the city. Breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. however, the bathroom in my room was quite small.

Can just recommend for short visits

All was perfect.

I stayed in a Triple Room for 2 nights, and the room was super simple. It was clean and bright, but I wished it had a better view. The location was a huge plus, right above the lively cobbled streets. I really liked how quiet it was at night, which surprised me! The rooftop garden was a nice touch, but the atmosphere could’ve been better. Still, it was comfy enough for a good rest after exploring Volterra!

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and wonderful staff. They even returned my forgotten headphones! I highly recommend asking for room themes. I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.
